So glad to hear that the elbow is improving and that Ciara is having so much fun on her bike now. Can't wait to see you at the Worlds and find it ironic that my family and I will be staying at the Barwon Heads Caravan Park! By all accounts it is a beautiful spot. I started watching cycling in 2009 TDF in support of you.Very disappointed you are not racing in Tour of Spain, is it due to your injury?

| Cadel: | My team is smaller than others, so for this year we don't have enough riders to compete in three Grand Tours. Also, I've already ridden Giro and Tour...two Grand Tours in one year are enough! |

Glad to read that elbow is improving and that you'll be competing in some races leading up to the world championships in Geelong.

Hey Cadel, such admiration for you fighting on in the TDF really impressed, you did the rainbow jersey proud, Ive just been told ive cracked my elbow (humerous i think) racing at the weekend in a stupid fall at the ulster champs so i apprecaite a little of what you went through, dont want to go into a cast though just want to keep fighting on, training and racing like you.
